Masterplan of a new residential cluster located about 1 mile west of Gravesend’s Town Centre. This part of Gravesend is characterised by a traditional pattern of roads laid out in Victorian times and fronted by long terraces of two storey Victorian houses with small front gardens and the new plan follows the same patterns. The masterplan combines terraced houses, flats and significant green spaces.
