A complete refurbishment of an existing office block, together with the full reclad of the exterior to comply with Part L of the building regulations.
This project required the a total strip out and demolition to the concrete structure, before it could be built back up to a fully functioning modern office use.
​
Window and cladding design took into account the need to limit glazing to reduce heat gain, under Part L, in line with sustainability principles.
