Dartford Gateway

The redevelopment of a former industrial site in Dartford comprising over 1000 new homes in the form of townhouses and Flats. 

​

A comprehensive development, involving extensive consultation with the planning department over a period of six months or more. 

​

The scheme was designed around a central spine route as the primary route, and a series of secondary roads consisting of 'home zones' which connected in a loop around the scheme to promote connectivity and legible routes through the site.
