The complete internal remodelling of a Grade II listed property which lacked any circulatory flow and 'visual connectivity' between floors, which belied its actual size and proportion.
Key to the design was providing a visual connection between the two floors by provide a magnificent double volume space. This involved relocating the existing staircase to its original position and completely opening up the central space to the skylight above.
