The proposed development of Austin House and Surbiton Hill provides 24 additional residential units to an existing 1960's residential block.

This scheme successfully implemented 'Prior Approval' permitted development to allow two additional floors to an existing 4 storey residential building, together with a full side extension to provide 12 flats.
​
The scheme was submitted in two parts, delivering a project which maintained 24 private units.
